Note: Under the amendments to the Law "On Personal Data" dated March 27, 2026, mandatory localization of personal data within the Republic of Uzbekistan is required only for biometric data, genetic data, and telecommunications subscriber data. In accordance with Article 22 of LRU-547, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — you may request information about whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, obtain a copy of such data.
• Right to rectification — you may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to deletion — you may request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
• Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to lodge a complaint with the authorized state body for the protection of personal data in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
